- Halogen-free, therefore no toxic decomposition by-products

- Only low contents required, therefore minimizing effects on physical properties of PA formulation

- Good distribution in polymer without agglomerate formation or compaction

- Effects molecular weight reduction due to nitrogen release

- Vitrification by foamed-on glass particles 

- Thermally stable up to approx. 300 °C

- Very short afterburning time in UL 94 V flammability test
